You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the services. Organizations may use vitechlio subject to these Terms and any additional requirements for business accounts.

Users under 18 are not permitted to register. If an account is found to be held on behalf of a minor, we will suspend access until lawful consent is provided by a parent or guardian.

You agree to use the site for lawful professional development, coaching interactions, and community participation. Prohibited activities include impersonation, harassment, and actions that disrupt service or violate local law.

Access to certain services may be restricted in some countries. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding coaching, donations, taxation, and data export.

Creating an account enables access to personalized coaching, comment functionality, paid programs, and donation management. Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to vitechlio. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in suspension or denial of services.

Protect your account credentials. Use a strong password and enable any available protective features. Do not share login details; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable except where expressly permitted by vitechlio in writing.

vitechlio reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are involved in fraud or abuse. We will provide notice when practicable.

Services Provided

vitechlio provides a public blog, resources for leadership and talent development, one-on-one consultation scheduling, cohort workshops, and donation-supported exclusive content. Service availability depends on scheduling, payment, and resource capacity.

We may modify or discontinue features with notice. Substantial changes to paid offerings will include advance notice and options for existing subscribers.

Sessions and consultations are offered subject to coach availability. We aim to maintain consistent access to content, but occasional downtime for maintenance may occur.

Community Rules and Conduct

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting to vitechlio, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share that content.

By submitting content you grant vitechlio a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content in connection with operating the service and promoting related offerings.

You are responsible for ensuring content accuracy and lawfulness. Content that is defamatory, illegal, or violates third-party rights will be removed and may result in account action.

vitechlio may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or is reported for legal reasons. We will notify the user when feasible.

Intellectual Property

All original content on vitechlio, including articles, course materials, branding, and multimedia produced by vitechlio, is the intellectual property of vitechlio or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Paid Services and Donations

vitechlio offers paid coaching sessions, subscription cohorts, digital products, and accepts voluntary donations to support free content. Paid services and donation processing are governed by these terms and applicable payment provider policies.

Prices for services and products are listed on vitechlio.click and may include regional fees or taxes. Pricing is subject to change; existing paid subscriptions will be handled according to the subscription terms in effect at purchase.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party processors. You must provide valid payment details and authorize charges. By purchasing, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Users may cancel from their account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments unless specified.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. For consultation cancellations or changes, see the cancellation policy. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

To cancel paid sessions or subscriptions, follow the instructions in your account or contact [email protected]. Cancellations made within specified notice windows are eligible for rescheduling or partial credit as described in booking terms.

Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to paid services or donations in their jurisdiction. vitechlio may collect taxes based on local requirements.

vitechlio may adjust prices for new customers or renewals with notice. Price changes will not affect previously purchased fixed-term commitments unless stated.

Non-payment may result in suspension of paid services and access to subscription content until resolved. Collections may be pursued for past due balances if necessary.

Professional Disclaimer

Content and coaching on vitechlio are educational and based on professional experience. Information provided does not substitute for legal, business, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals for specific issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, vitechlio and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for services in the prior 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Communications and Notices
